Setting a New Email Account

1. Open outlook express and click on Tools and then Accounts.

2. Then click on Add and the Mail

3. Then follow the onscreen instructions:

- Enter your name in the display name field then click Next.

- Enter your email address as: name@yourdomain.co.uk

- then click next.

- Then enter: mail.yourdomain.co.uk for the incoming mail server.

Enter mail.yourdomain.co.uk for the outgoing mail server. Then click Next.

4. Your login details are:

Account name: account_name

Password: password

Click next and then Finish.

5. Once you have completed the wizard. Select the new account and click properties.

On the general tab enter name@yourdomain.co.uk

6. Then click on the servers tab, and tick the tick box: my server requires authentication.

7. Then click the settings button.

8. Then select log on using and enter the following details:

Account name: account_name

Password: password

9. Click Ok, then OK again and close the internet accounts window.

Your email address is: name@yourdomain.co.uk
